Role:
This role focuses on recruiting medical offices for our expanding national networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with providers while managing the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding and beyond. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Network Expansion
• Build and expand a national network of specialty medical offices for participation in our networks.
• Outreach and Communication
• Initiate contact with potential providers via phone, mailings, email, and follow-up to engage and recruit specialty offices.
• Reporting and Tracking
• Provide weekly status reports on recruitment efforts by state, tracking progress and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Onboarding and Credentialing
• Collaborate with the Credentialing Team to ensure efficient onboarding of new providers, ensuring compliance and a smooth transition into the network.
• Ongoing Provider Relations
• Serve as a point of contact for recruited specialty medical offices, addressing questions, concerns, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction with network participation.
• Communication and Liaison
• Maintain steady communication and act as a liaison between recruited providers, upper management, and internal teams to ensure all parties are aligned and informed.
• Special Projects
• Support and work on special projects related to provider recruitment and network expansion as needed.
Requirements:
• Previous experience recruiting medical offices, especially within the optical or audiology care industry.
• Familiarity with credentialing processes and compliance regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external providers and internal teams.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment efforts and meet set goals.
• Experience with onboarding and credentialing processes is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive, results-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
