We are hiring a Provider Engagement Manager to join our Provider Solutions Team.

What You Will Be Doing:
Reporting to the National Provider Engagement Director—MSK/Physical Medicine, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with specialty practices in your respective market(s). On behalf of our payer clients, you will work closely with practice administrators and clinical leadership, ensuring success with Evolent solutions, and supporting their ability to deliver high quality, cost-effective care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accountable to internal and external stakeholders, leverage market intelligence to inform provider engagement efforts on high-value providers, with emphasis on driving clinical policy alignment through increased utilization of technology platforms
• Educate market providers on the benefits and streamlined efficiencies of our solutions and strengthen practice relationships to establish Evolent as a trusted and valued partner
• Responsible for all aspects of market(s)/practice engagement activities to include identifying key market practices and health systems, ensuring access to technology platforms and services, building and maintaining strong, positive practice and payer relationships, and resolving any barriers
• Coordinate and conduct practice meetings with clinical leadership and Evolent leadership to review key performance indicators in relation to program adherence, with a focus on clinical policy alignment
• Serve as a resource and liaison between practice(s) and Evolent’s internal teams to triage escalations, effectively address and respond to practice concerns timely, and resolve issues as needed
• Document and resolve provider issues when presented
• Generate, interpret, and monitor practice performance trends to identify areas of improvement, training opportunities; execute plans to increase practice engagement
• Successfully implement change management initiatives
• Organize market/practice-based insights to assist joint operating committee meetings with payer clients
• Support the development of leadership business reviews and reporting
• Communicate updates to market providers in a timely matter
• Interact and participate with other departments to accomplish company- wide goals and objectives
• Utilize technology and workflow to maximize program results
What You Will Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field. Three (3) years of provider relations, account management, and/or provider contracting, claims/reimbursement experience
• Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid
• Strong knowledge of managed care terminology; broad knowledge of delivery systems and related industry terms
• Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; can adapt quickly to change; have strong negotiations (influencer) skills
• Ability to conduct physician in-servicing (training sessions)
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (i.e., Word, Excel)
• Ability to travel 25%
Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $78,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.Similar Jobs
