Position Summary
- Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision.
- Supports the Finance department, interacting with key Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables.
- Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress.
- Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to effectively respond to customer/member inquiries.
- Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating any issues or concerns to management for swift resolution.
- Supports Data Services Change Management and Process Optimization strategies, in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Takes direction from management to properly understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
- Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies, in order to ensure collective data integrity and quality of work.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Resides in Arizona.
- Previous experience with SQL and QXNT.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, working with formulas and large data sets.
- Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Basic communication skills.
- Strong desire to grow and learn, with a curious and investigative nature.
Education
- High school diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $28.46This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
