Position Purpose: Perform day to day functions to maintain appropriate databases and create reports to monitor network compliance with State requirements. This includes supporting the department with administrative tasks and providing key insights through data management and reporting.
- Process provider data requests, including enrollments, data maintenance updates, terminations, and member moves, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to initiatives and generate reports aimed at improving data accuracy and achieving network alignment.
- Utilize CenProv to process requests, ensuring that data is loaded correctly and successfully migrated to the necessary systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve data discrepancies or issues as needed.
- General administrative support of assigned department.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s degree in related field preferred. 1+ years of provider data or network administration experience, preferably in managed care. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Access and Excel. Experience with data management in large databases, reporting and analysis preferred.
Pay Range: $19.04 - $32.35 per hour
