The Prototype Project Coordinator I will assist with the planning and coordination of projects and their activities. The role will ensure implementation of processes and practices. The Prototype Project Coordinator I will maintain and track data and schedules. This position is located in Wittmann, AZ.
As a Prototype Project Coordinator I, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with planning, scheduling, and coordinating office and shop activity and relaying customer expectations
- Assisting in developing and executing small project plans
- Completing milestones on time and within budget, and working with the cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables
- Reviewing data from customers, suppliers, and creating reports
- Coordinating assignments for subcontractors and monitoring performance of vendors
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
To be considered a Prototype Project Coordinator I, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required
- Detail oriented, effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills, reliable attendance and ability to work overtime
- Ability to follow directions, learn new skills and technologies, multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to compile lessons learned for continuous quality development
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
A successful candidate may also have:
- Associate degree in Business or related
- Automotive, shipping & receiving, or logistics experience
- Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs
- Hands-on Mechanical skills and ability to operate shop equipment
- Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends
