Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in automotive industry, preferred in manufacturing engineering.
• Bachelor degree or similar with technical education.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong problem solving capability.
• Ability to work and live in a very demanding network environment.
• Outstanding organization and team building skills.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive working style.
• Business fluent English.
• Able to work under pressure.

Your role:

You will be responsible for leading/managing/executing Prototype process implementation of “Product Line” products based on BIF demands.        

In particular you will be responsible for:

• Manage prototype financials, equipment upgrades and spare part needs.
• Troubleshoot build issues and work with engineering department to find solutions.
• Work with PRS on Prototype coordination and manage task schedule for related prototype processes.
• Provide feedback to customers and MFGE towards design improvements, observations and issues on early stages of the product development.
• Ensure compliance with schedule and document availability prior build planning from engineering and PjM.
•  Prepare build report for each proto build including KPI’s reporting and observation reports.
• Responsible for prototype growth strategy.
