YOUR ROLE

As Proto Process Supervisor on our team:

In your daily job you will:

• Support product launches from pre-DV and DV.

• Provide people and equipment resource to support proto/engineering builds, capability studies, etc.. and feedback build findings such as design/test/supplier related issues.

• Manages proto forecast & proto production schedule and reviews build readiness with Program Team; Program Team point of contact for escalation issues; provides build cost estimates

• Generate Engineering Work Request(EWR), defines build requirements, and provides parts list BOM for material coordinators to order.

• Generate build folder with prints, checklists, process flow diagram, other build requirements

• Follow up to ensure parts are delivered on time to meet customer schedules.

• Coordinate build shop activities to ensure customer deliveries deadlines are meet.

• Plan and conduct LSR, documentation, close findings & share lesson learn.

• Review with IE on capacity planning, purchase and install equipment/tooling for capacity increase     needs 

• Supporting team members of production meetings (DPM, Operations review, MRVA, Quality review, Escalations, etc.)  

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor's degree terminated

• English level advanced

• Experience in process engineering (minimum 5 years)

• Control Plan Verification

• Equipment - Setup

• Traceability plan - product specific (FIS SOW).
