What will you do?

  • Technical support for our protel product range by phone and email

  • Responsibility for and coordination of customer inquiries

  • Utilization of your experience in the hotel industry and the IT knowledge you gain with us

  • Clear and friendly communication by phone and email, even in stressful situations

  • Effective communication and collaboration within the support team

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of protel onPrem or protel Air (or similar products)

  • Experience in hotel front and back office

  • Basic understanding of business administration in the field of accounting

  • StrongIT affinity

  • Perfect German skills and good English skills; French and/or Italian are very important.

  • Regular working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • 5 weeks of vacation

  • Time off on national and cantonal holidays

  • Option to work from home after the training period (approx. 6 months)
