Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Responsibility, this role will support the delivery of a national Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) upskilling programme.  Working in collaboration with partners and key stakeholders, your primary objective is to equip the community with fundamental GenAI skills to leverage the technology for good.

 

What you will be doing?

  • Programme Management: Manage the delivery and implementation of GenAI programme that will be delivered in 264 National Information Dissemination Centres (NADI) across Malaysia.

  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning: Track, measure, and communicate progress and outcomes to illustrate programme impact and identify areas for improvement.

  • Reporting: Ensure programme reporting is completed and submitted according to stakeholders’ requirements, especially monthly and quarterly standardised reports.

  • Event Management: Organise learning and showcase events at NADIs, where necessary.

  • Community Building: Nurture a community of GenAI practitioners at each NADI, ensuring continued learning and sharing of experiences.

  • Training and Facilitation: Where necessary, deliver selected training sessions on GenAI, as part of the programme.

 

What do you need to have for this role?

Work experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, and/or project management

 

Skill / Knowledge

  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities

  • Experience in managing complex results-driven programmes/projects

  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken)
