UEM Edgenta Berhad is dedicated to nurturing young talents through our Graduate Trainee Program (GeT). This program is designed to empower graduates with essential skills and hands-on experience to excel in the working landscape. Our comprehensive 9-12 month initiative combines career development training with practical on-the-job training, providing essential skills and genuine workplace exposure to establish a robust groundwork for a progressive career ahead.

Responsibilities
- Conduct gap analysis on current trainer pool (coverage by competency, industry, certification, commercial value).
- Identify and source potential new trainers aligned with the Edgenta Academy’s strategic direction.
- Maintain and enhance the trainer database, including expertise mapping and availability tracking.
- Propose a structured trainer engagement framework (e.g., tiering system, performance rating)
- Design and coordinate Year-End Trainer Appreciation Event, including concept development, programme flow, recognition mechanism, and impact measurement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
- Fresh graduate or up to two years of working experience.
- Prior internship exposure in business analysis and event management will be an added advantage.
