Key Responsibilities- Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
- Conduct property site visits and presentations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales closures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial property sales.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong networking and lead-generation capabilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 30 days will be preferred.
- Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week (Tuesday Off)
