Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide HR leadership at a stand-alone JV business unit and act as a member of the site leadership team
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees & people leaders across all functions
- Provide leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs processes including Employee Advocacy / Engagement, HR Fundamentals and Process Training, Employee Relations Management, Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Assessment, Acquisition and Retention and Workplace Investigations as appropriate
- Advise and guide people leaders on HR approaches, projects and programs
- Lead, design and implement org design initiatives and launch a strategic workforce planning framework for the JV
- Provide leadership for the HR staff (1 generalist and 2 specialists)
- Provide wing to wing support inclusive of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Labor and Employment
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 5 years experience in Human Resource Management ideally managing a stand-alone business

- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial / Labor Relations, or Business Administration from an accredited college or university
- Fluent in Spanish
- Experience in applying FLIGHT DECK or any continuous improvement framework
