We are seeking a Proposition Management Intern, to join our Proposition Management team within the Group Technology department. The position will be based in Madrid (Spain), with Pan-European Travel expected.

Job Description

The selected candidate will work within the Protected Access Domain, collaborating closely with the Group Proposition Management Director and engaging with cross‑functional, international teams. The candidate will play a meaningful role in shaping the future of our product and services portfolio, contributing analytical rigor, structured problem‑solving, creativity, and a hands‑on entrepreneurial approach to high‑impact initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and support the shaping of Verisure’s global innovation pipeline, applying a structured, hypothesis‑driven approach and demonstrating strong analytical and “So‑What” synthesis skills.
• Continuously analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs, connecting insights with our business model, GTM foundations, and the broader value creation levers behind our products and services. Your recommendations will reflect a sound business sense, balancing customer value, operational feasibility, and economic impact.
• Translate ideas into clear business and functional requirements, building purposeful new products and services with a strong end‑to‑end mindset. You will practice rigorous documentation, compelling storytelling, and stakeholder‑oriented communication while engaging multiple teams across Technology, Group Functions and Markets.
• Own and support the full product and service lifecycle, from early discovery and definition through development, launch, optimization, and eventual obsolescence, strengthening your proposition knowledge, delivery exposure, and understanding of feasibility trade‑offs.
• Actively contribute to cross‑functional collaboration, building relationships across countries and corporate teams, participating in inclusive problem‑solving sessions, and fostering a “one‑team” mindset. You will learn to involve the right stakeholders, navigate ambiguity, and work with empathy and low self‑orientation.
• Bring creativity, urgency, and entrepreneurial energy to your work: challenge assumptions, explore insurgent ideas, look outside Verisure for inspiration, and take ownership of deliverables with resilience, discipline, and intellectual curiosity.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create compelling, well‑structured presentations.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish (additional languages are an asset: Swedish, German, Italian, French).
• University degree, preferably in engineering disciplines (e.g., aerospace, telecommunications, industrial or mechanical engineering) or other relevant technical fields, with strong academic records.
• Full‑time availability preferred (part‑time arrangements may be considered).
