Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain pricing model to support proposal efforts.
- Research and analyze historical pricing data for presentation to management.
- Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals based on clinical protocols and in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
- Compile costs and technical elements in the development of change orders based on requirements provided by Sales Rep.
- Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management.
- Update, organize and maintain RFI response library to support RFI response efforts.
- Coordinate and author RFI responses in accordance with RFI specifications.
- Liaise with Finance Department on any pricing/billing inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, in the field of Business Administration preferred.
- Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ambition, self-motivation, and a high level of energy

- Creative problem-solving ability
- Negotiating
- Written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with CRM solutions preferred
Experience:
- 4-7 years of related proposals experience
- 3+ years Pharmaceutical experience required, eClinical technologies experience preferred.
