We are currently seeking a Proposals Development Associate II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As a Proposals Development Associate II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in the development of client proposals, contributing to the success of our clinical trial projects, and advancing innovative treatments and therapies in healthcare.
What you will be doing
- Leading the preparation and development of client proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and scope of work documents.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, project management, and finance, to gather necessary information and ensure proposal accuracy and completeness.
- Conducting comprehensive research and analysis to understand client requirements, competitive landscape, and market trends, informing proposal development strategies.
- Managing proposal process workflows, including tracking proposal status, coordinating review cycles, and ensuring adherence to internal processes and timelines.
- Maintaining proposal templates, databases, and other tools to support efficient and effective proposal development and management.
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in proposal development, clinical research, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management software or CRM systems is a plus.
