DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Develop and create customized, compelling and persuasive proposals that reflect our prospective client's needs and the environment they operate in. Create and deliver best in class proposals focused on how we will safe keep and administer our client's assets, and improve our materials so they can be leveraged in future opportunities. Collaborate with senior management, sales, client management & subject matter experts to write and customize proposals. Develop proposed securities services solution and utilize a centrally managed knowledge base that speaks to our product capabilities to create a tailored proposal that incorporates our bid strategy, asset servicing offering, specific client benefits, and organizational positioning. Identify red flags and upcoming issues and work with the team on a contingency plan. Review and analyze the Requests for Proposals to determine the prospective client's service requirements and construct tailored materials. Understand what and how sales partners are messaging prospects respective of the macro financial environment and update proposal stock responses to reflect. Organize team of subject matter experts across financial products in scope, coordinate, and solicit their timely input and approval of submission components. Interface with management and sales staff to ensure that proposals meet client/prospect requirements and reflect bid strategy and client trading operating model. Incorporate all information from multiple stakeholders, synthesize it into a presentable, professional, and motivating proposal aligned with firm branding that details how we will custody, and service our client's assets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Proposal & Presentation Officer, Proposal Writer, Client Service, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Creating Proposals for financial products including accounting, administration, ETF servicing, middle office, foreign exchange, liquidity management, securities lending, collateral management, performance management and data solutions; Request for Proposal (RFP) identifying services in scope, pain points, client segment, and asset types; Reviewing securities services questions and sourcing the appropriate asset servicing response; Supporting multiple Requests for Proposals; and technical writing following Associated Press (AP) style.
Job Location: 383 Madison Ave., New York, NY 10179. Telecommuting permitted up to 20% of the week.
Full-Time. Salary: $106,090 - $125,000 per year.
