Job Summary
We're looking for a Proposal Manager to support our Sr. Vice President of Growth and Alliances throughout the entire Opportunity Capture and Proposal Development Lifecycles. In this role, you'll independently lead the proposal development process, working closely with Capture Managers.

Job Summary
We're looking for a Proposal Manager to support our Sr. Vice President of Growth and Alliances throughout the entire Opportunity Capture and Proposal Development Lifecycles. In this role, you'll independently lead the proposal development process, working closely with Capture Managers.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day proposal activities, develop and manage the proposal schedule, and ensure timely delivery of all proposal components.
- Manage the proposal process and ensure all defined processes are adhered to.
- Analyze RFPs for due dates, compliance requirements, and evaluation criteria. Develop comprehensive proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and annotated writing templates.
- Approve Volume and Section Lead assignments, identify reusable content for authors, and co-lead kickoff meetings. You'll also lead proposal stand-up meetings and Color Team Reviews.
- Write key proposal sections such as past performance, resumes, and executive summaries as needed.
- Assist in the final editing, formatting, production, and "White Glove" review to ensure high-quality and persuasive proposals that highlight win themes and solutions.
- Assist with pipeline management activities including research and gate reviews.
- Compile questions for submission by the Pricing and Contracts Manager and develop storyboards with Volume and Section Leads.
- 7+ years of full-time experience managing proposals for Federal Government solicitations.
- Excellent business development writing, editing, and desktop publishing skills.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet government deadlines.
- Experience with GovCon platforms and tools (GovWin, USASpending.gov, eBuy, SAM.gov, etc.)
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a team-player mentality, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while working with diverse personalities.
- Expert-level proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Shipley training
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management
- Experience with Civilian and DOD solicitations (mush have experience with at least Civilian soliciations)
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Preferably in English, Technology, Business, or Marketing
- $100,000-$130,000
- Salary commensurate with experience.
