The Proposal Manager drives strategic growth through the creation and refinement of compelling proposals and impactful sales collateral. This role oversees complex proposal lifecycles and support our sales team with resonant client-facing materials. It plays a central role in managing the development of proposals, ensuring they are aligned with organizational goals and customer requirements. This role involves coordinating with various departments to gather necessary information, overseeing the proposal writing process, and ensuring submissions are both timely and reflective of the organization’s capabilities and standards. By understanding both the business landscape and the specific needs of potential clients, the Proposal Manager ensures that proposals are not only competitive and comprehensive but also accurately represent the value and expertise the organization can bring to the table. Through meticulous planning and effective communication, this role facilitates a smooth process that supports the organization’s efforts to secure new opportunities and maintain its competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end proposal process from RFP analysis to final submission
  • Orchestrate collaboration with SMEs and partners to develop winning content
  • Craft and implement effective proposal strategies highlighting key differentiators
  • Ensure timely, high-quality submissions adhering to all standards
  • Develop and maintain proposal content libraries and sales assets
  • Foster a collaborative environment for excellence in proposal development
  • Create visually compelling presentations to communicate key messages

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of related proposal management experience
  • Exposure and experiences in Healthcare IT and Managed Services preferred
  • Expertise in Shipley/APMP methodologies with a proven track record
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex proposals and lead remote teams
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to quality and exceeding client expectations
  • Strong editing and graphic design skills for high-impact materials
