We are looking for a Compliance Purchasing Specialist to support our purchasing and procurement processes while ensuring everything meets company policies and government regulations. This role involves working with teams across the company and suppliers to make sure we follow all rules and standards. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are key for success.

What You Will Do:
- Independently coordinate, lead, and develop comprehensive, compliant Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for all classified proposals.
- Manage proposal strategy, planning, schedules, and internal reviews.
- Validate, analyze, and challenge SME inputs and actuals to ensure accuracy, consistency, and defensible compliant estimating methodologies.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams including the Business Acquisition Team (BAT), PMO, Pricing, Contracts, and SMEs.
- Lead responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and fact‑finding; prepare negotiation support materials.
- Manage sweep Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and associated activities through contract award.
- Ensure proposal documentation meets audit, compliance, and customer requirements
- Identify and implement improvements to the Business Acquisition Process (BAP) within the classified space.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior proposal or estimating personnel as well as SME population in estimation quality and compliance as needed.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience (project/program/proposal management, cost estimating, logistics, or related) OR an advanced degree and 7+ of years of relevant experience
- Must possess active Government Security Clearance prior to start date. U.S. Citizenship required as only Citizens are able to hold and maintain a Security Clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience leading complex proposals for military or government customers.
- Strong cost estimating background within aerospace/defense or a matrixed organization.
- Knowledge of propulsion systems, government acquisition processes, FAR/DFARS.
- Proficiency with SAP, ProPricer, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by influence and operate independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, classified environment.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
