Job DescriptionThe Proposal Engineer is responsible for developing comprehensive and compelling technical proposals for customers. This role is supposed to understand customer's requirements, develop technical solutions, and ensure that proposals meet client specifications and company standards.
Job responsibility:
1. Take responsibility for project related for Bid documents, proposal and quotes, cost calculation.
2. Within the group companies, communicate with engineering, supply chain management, production to design the proposal and cost collection.
3. Creating quotation and prepare the offer timely and accurately.
4. Prepare bidding documents.
5. Provide support during the bidding period and travel to meet customer for technical exchange.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, with major in Mechanical Engineering, Automation or related major.
2. About 2 years related experience in quotation preparation for mechanical products or inhouse experience with products and tools.
3. Rich experience and technical background for machinery quotation is a plus.
4. Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
5. Good written and spoken English.
6. Good communication and coordination skills.
7. Quick response and efficient working style.
