FLS is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to work on our Order Execution team based in Monterrey.
Your responsibilities

Handle daily operational relations and interface with customers and warehouses in order to check availability of products that are needed to satisfy customer demands.

Escalate complicated issues to senior levels.

Prioritize, maintain, and place Sales Orders from received PO from our customers, also push requisitions to buyers, as well access to several portals and revise inventory levels.

Perform daily calls based on specifications and according to predefined procedures and processes to ensure delivery on time.

Generate quotes(proposals) for our customers.
What you bring*
-
Previous experience with quoting and order entry in the mining, cement, or another heavy industry

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

English fluency
-
Ability to analyze sales trends, pricing, and margins.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and have a firm understanding of ERP (Oracle is a plus), and Inventory work flows preferable to have some knowledge.

Logistics knowledge is a plus.
