Planet is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts by coordinating the preparation, submission, and management of proposals. The Proposal Coordinator will work closely with various teams within the company to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and showcase our expertise in Microsoft Cloud solutions.

What you are great at:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proposal management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as needed.
- Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role, preferably within the technology or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and their applications in government and commercial sectors is a plus.

What you have already achieved:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, English, OR equivalent experience.
- APMP or Shipley certification a plus
- Microsoft Office Specialist Certification a plus
- Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role, preferably within the technology or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud technologies and their applications in government and commercial sectors is a plus.
