cBEYONData is seeking a Proposal Coordinator (Mid to Senior Level) to work as part of our Growth Team in support of recompete and new business efforts.
Description/Responsibilities
- Support the development and submittal of proposals; working with Proposal/Capture Managers to manage proposal resources and schedule.
- Review proposal instructions, evaluation factors, and Statements of Work and use information to develop comprehensive compliance matrices, annotated outlines, and proposal templates.
- Develop, coordinate, and manage the distribution and collection of data calls for compilation of required teammate information as required.
- Manage and communicate proposal status, key milestones, and post-proposal analysis to the proposal team, management, and partners.
- Ensure accuracy of the proposal core data/information on templates and check drafts throughout the proposal process, especially following document recovery from color team reviews.
- Support the development and management of MS Teams sites used for proposal development.
- Respond to smaller-volume and lower-value solicitations, RFIs, and sources sought notices with minimal assistance
- Assist the Proposal Manager in reviewing proposal artifacts for compliance and responsiveness against solicitation requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Must have a strong attention to detail and quality.
- Advanced problem-solving and time management
- Ability to handle and complete multiple projects under shifting priorities
- Ability to work independently and utilize sound judgment in making decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong writing and editing
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, with expertise in Word, including styles and embedded
- 4-year degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience working in a proposal development team responding to DoD and commercial solicitations
- 3-5 years of experience working with complex proposal documents as well as Government and Customer specifications.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of Shipley process and/or APMP Body of Knowledge
- APMP Foundations Certification (or ability to get certified within 6 months of employment)
- Understanding of Government contracting and solicitation/RFP processes
