- *Overview:*
Red Cup IT MSP seeks a detail-oriented, client-focused Proposal & Contract Specialist. This role manages the customization, revision, and right-sizing of customer Statements of Work (SOWs) and contracts, working directly with sales/project teams and analyzing Zoom calls to align proposals with each customer’s technical and business needs.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Review and edit SOWs and proposals in PandaDoc to ensure clarity, compliance, and alignment with customer requirements[1][2].
Listen to and analyze client/sales Zoom recordings to extract actionable requirements and tailor proposals[3].
Collaborate with sales, technical, and leadership teams to gather necessary input and clarify contract language.
Maintain and update contract templates and content libraries specific to MSP offerings[4].
Ensure all proposals comply with Red Cup IT MSP standards, legal requirements, and best practices.
Track proposal status and ensure timely submission.
*Requirements:*
3+ years of proposal writing/editing or contract management experience, preferably in IT or MSP settings[1].
Strong proficiency with sales/proposal automation tools, including PandaDoc.
Excellent listening and synthesis skills for engaging with and extracting insight from discussions.
Superior written communication, editing, and attention to detail.
Experience with modular contract structures and client-focused service delivery[4].
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, or related field preferred.
