You will work closely with an experienced Life Sciences Proposals Director known for authentic, supportive leadership — and partner with IT to introduce automation and responsible AI in ways that are practical, secure, and value-driven.

Your Purpose
To enable efficient, consistent, high-quality proposals at VCLS — while helping future-proof how we work by improving reuse, reducing friction, and thoughtfully introducing automation and AI into the proposals lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
Proposal Delivery & Quality
- Support the end-to-end coordination and preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals
- Build, maintain, and refine templates, boilerplate content, and modular sections
- Ensure proposals consistently reflect VCLS brand, tone, and quality standards
- Support timelines, reviews, version control, and final submissions
Automation & AI Enablement
- Help implement and maintain proposal automation tools, partnering closely with IT
- Manage content libraries and knowledge repositories to drive reuse and consistency
- Stay curious about emerging tools and share practical ideas that actually work
- Balance innovation with governance, compliance, and quality
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work seamlessly with Business Development, technical experts, and IT
- Ensure proposal data aligns with CRM and document management systems
- Act as a connective force — keeping proposals moving without noise or ego
