 Manage and coordinate complex new‑business bids, RFPs, and tenders for Marsh IMPACT.
 Produce high‑quality reports, literature, and presentations to support sales and retention.
 Work to deadlines and deliver within required timescales, collaborating with internal teams to ensure proposals align with the operating company’s positioning and client needs.

We will count on you to:

 Write original proposal and presentation content for RFP responses tailored to the reader’s needs, with oversight from senior colleagues.
 Review drafts from team contributors for clarity, conciseness, logic, flow, tone, completeness, accuracy, precision, consistency, and credibility.
 Participate in strategy discussions on operating company differentiators for specific opportunities.
 Research and integrate operating‑company information into proposals and presentations using internal resources and tools.
 Create templates for proposals and presentations following predefined formatting standards.
 Manage the proposal/presentation development process by developing work plans and schedules for typical RFP projects.
 Assess Requests for Proposals to ensure full understanding of submission requirements.
 Formulate opportunity strategy, working closely with Client Managers and consulting teams to identify client/prospect business drivers and create the optimal communication strategy, theme, and graphic approach.

What you need to have:

 Bachelor’s degree.
 Knowledge of relevant insurers, third‑party service providers, and their products/services; awareness of competitors and their strengths/weaknesses.
 Understanding of Marsh McLennan industry sectors.
 Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
 Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
