This role is in the front-line position in OFSE Commercial Hub and is responsible for protecting and driving profitable revenue growth through ownership and oversight of the inquiry-to-order (ITO) process including risk mitigation. The role functions as the primary interface between sales – early engagement, accounts, sales, technical sales, and ODS teams – and commercial – commercial operations, commercial risk, and commercial contracts teams and activity sets.

The Proposal Analyst (PA) interfaces with a broad range of customers and internal stakeholders for Early Engagement (EE) and Must Win (MW) OFSE and Integrated and cross-PL opportunities, as well as strategic single-PL opportunities, as applicable. The PA contributes to ensure the best technical and commercial solutions are delivered to the customer, at the best price and lowest risk to BH, and while upholding the integrity of
the ITO process. The main focus of PA is to ensure all deliverables are accurate.

As an Experienced Proposals Analyst, you will also be responsible for: 

• Providing overall bid coordination to ensure timely, high quality and optimized response to the customer.
• Maintaining customer portal details and any local requirements in relation to bid submission.
• Coordinating and collaborating across several functional groups – sales, technology, engineering, supply chain, service delivery, quality, HSE, legal, finance, etc.
• Upholding the integrity and oversee the governance of all commercial processes, policies and procedures.
• Collaborating closely with teams across the full sales process
• Supporting commercial strategies and use  standardization, knowledge sharing, best practices, and customer intimacy to drive simplification of contractual needs and responses

To be successful in this role, you will need: 

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industries related to Oil & Gas, manufacturing, refineries, and the automotive sector.
• Strong communication, leadership and commitment skills
• Be open and willing to work with colleagues from different cultures and countries
• Experience in commercial bidding/tendering.
• Proven experience in contract analysis.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• Advanced level in Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle tight schedules and multiple tasks with minor supervision

Preferred:

• Experience in contract and project management.
• Knowledge of Petrobras bidding processes and tender documentation (RFPs/RFQs).
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Petronet, Ariba, and SAP.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
