Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Proposal Advisor – WA//SA/DPS Hub to work closely with Marketing Leaders, Pursuit Specialist and technical proposal teams to plan the process for priority multidisciplinary proposals.
In this diverse role you will:
Support all proposal activities in their hub, overseeing the proposal document(s) from initiation to submission
Develop and manage bid action plans to maintain focus and timely preparation of bids
Assist with the preparation for proposal presentations
Work with technical authors to ensure content is relevant and targeted, guiding structure and responses
Contribute to improving and maintaining our internal knowledge database and content library. Draft and follow-up review of content regularly, ensuring accurate and up to date information is always available
Act as a brand champion to ensure the production of high quality and visually appealing response documents in line with corporate branding
Brief visual communication staff to ensure production of visual content in line with the proposal schedule
Contribute to special projects as required and support knowledge management and AI initiatives
To be considered for this role, we are looking for someone with:
Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in proposals gained form a professional services or corporate environment
Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
Demonstrated advanced skills with the Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and ‘for print’ quality graphics and production material (desirable, not essential)
Actively learns through experimentation and experience and seeks ways to grow and to be challenged by new and novel conditions
Anticipates and prioritises client needs and takes action to provide high-quality outcomes
Demonstrates trust by bringing the best of self, valuing others’ contributions, and engendering confidence and trust with others
This is a permanent opportunity to be based in our GHD Perth office with the ability to work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home per week.
