This is a remote position.

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Property Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new properties to add to our portfolio on a rent-guaranteed basis. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and go the extra mile to secure deals.


Responsibilities:


- Source new properties for our portfolio, ensuring they meet our rent-guaranteed criteria.


- Make phone calls to property owners, agents, and other stakeholders to secure viewings and gather information on potential acquisitions.


- Communicate in a professional manner, building and maintaining relationships with property owners, agents, and other relevant parties.


- Negotiate terms effectively to secure favorable deals for the company.


- Demonstrate exceptional people skills, being friendly and persuasive to achieve desired outcomes.


- Stay motivated and proactive, consistently seeking out new opportunities and thinking outside the box to find the best deals.


Requirements:


- Proven experience in property acquisition, real estate, or a related field.


- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.


- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.


- Friendly, persuasive, and able to convince others effectively.


- Self-starter with a proactive approach to finding and securing new properties.


- Creative thinker who can devise innovative strategies to source and acquire properties.
