KeyBank is seeking an experienced proofreader to join its dynamic creative services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the thorough proofreading of various assets across all lines of business, including emails, letters, landing pages, social media posts, ads, white papers, and articles.
What You’ll Achieve
Proofread content for any errors in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and for adherence to Key’s style and usage guidelines.
Collaborate with writers, designers, and project coordinators to help ensure consistent messaging and that all deadlines are met.
Manage a high volume of work and prioritize tasks effectively to meet all deadlines.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Degree in journalism, communications, marketing, public relations, advertising or equivalent.
4+ years’ experience proofreading and editing financial content is preferred.
Familiarity with AP Style.
Experience using Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, web-based project management systems, and AI writing tools.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61,000.00 - $94,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
