The Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (OEEO) seeks a detail-oriented and qualified candidate for the role of Proofreader. The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Review and proofread printed and electronic communications to identify and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, tone, formatting, and presentation
- Ensure all content complies with formatting requirements and organizational standards
- Annotate, track, and document edits using tools such as Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word
- Collaborate with team members to support document review processes through internal systems and platforms
