Summary:
As a Prompt Engineer, a typical day involves designing, creating, and refining prompts tailored for Large Language Models to optimize their responses. The role includes employing various techniques to guide and enhance the interaction between users and AI systems. Throughout the day, the individual develops and tests effective AI-driven interactions by leveraging programming skills and utilizing specialized environments to experiment and improve model outputs. Collaboration and iterative refinement are key aspects, ensuring that the AI responses meet desired objectives and provide meaningful engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective prompt designs.
- Continuously monitor and analyze AI model outputs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments.
- Document prompt engineering processes and best practices to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in prompt development and troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and understanding of Large Language Models.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for AI interaction development.
- Ability to utilize AI playgrounds and testing environments to experiment with and refine prompts.
- Familiarity with AI system workflows and integration methods to ensure seamless operation.
- Analytical skills to evaluate AI responses and optimize prompt effectiveness.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
