We’re seeking a Prompt Engineer to design, optimize, and evaluate prompts that power our multi-agent AI sales systems. This role focuses on improving AI accuracy, customer engagement, and overall conversational quality.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and optimize prompts for multi-agents to support diverse sales scenarios.

• Utilize and contribute to automated testing systems to ensure consistent, high-quality AI response.

• Analyze conversation data and customer's feedback to troubleshoot AI behaviors, improve performance and customer engagement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI strategies with business objectives.

✅ What You Bring

• Background in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related technical field.

• 6+ months of experience in prompt engineering or conversational AI design.

• Good knowledge of how LLMs work.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered sales systems, API integrations, or Voice-AI solutions.
