Promotional Marketing Representative Responsibilities:

• Contribute to promotional marketing and outreach initiatives and promote enrollment programs to potential customers by directly engaging with members of the community.
• Support customers by providing information about enrollment prerequisites, processes, and available services.
• Review and verify customer eligibility based on specific criteria, such as age, income, or enrollment prerequisites.
• Ensure applications are input into our system correctly and the required supporting materials are provided.
• Adhere to government compliance protocol and maintain professionalism at all times.

Promotional Marketing Representative Qualifications:
