Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

The Opportunity

Netflix is looking for an operationally strong project manager to join the Launch Operations team, supporting asset production and traffic management across our portfolio of Netflix Original titles.

You will be part of a larger Launch Operations team that manages end-to-end title launches across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator to help Netflix bring creative assets to life on the service.

In this role, you will partner with internal teams and external agencies, and vendors to build project plans, track milestones, and coordinate parallel asset workstreams to ensure timely, launch-ready asset delivery and accuracy.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate the fulfillment and trafficking of media assets (artwork images, promotional AV, etc.) from intake through final, launch-ready delivery

  • Support milestone and timeline development for asset workflows and align cross-functional partners to shared plans

  • Partner closely with internal teams (creative, product, marketing, merchandising) and external agencies or vendors to ensure requirements and context are clearly communicated

  • Serve as a primary operational point of contact for agencies and vendors, including access provisioning, tooling setup, and workflow guidance

  • Support high-security or sensitive projects by helping manage access controls, asset handling requirements, and compliance with Netflix standards

  • Maintain and regularly update trackers, dashboards, and task management queues to ensure asset workflows remain on track

  • Track versions, specifications, dependencies, and approvals across the asset lifecycle

  • Surface risks early and support the resolution of escalated issues related to asset delivery, quality, or timing

  • Become fluent in Netflix tooling to set up, ingest, track, approve/reject, and troubleshoot assets across the delivery pipeline

  • Support post-launch and live servicing asset needs, including non-standard or high-context requests

  • Create, maintain, and contribute to workflow documentation, specifications, and operational guidance

  • Execute a high volume of concurrent, detail-oriented tasks with accuracy, speed, and sound judgment

What You’ll Need:

  • 4 - 6+ years of experience in media asset operations, production coordination, or project coordination

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workflows across multiple timelines and stakeholders

  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and operational rigor

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

  • Excellent organizational and task-management skills

  • Hands-on experience using workflow and tracking tools such as Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, or similar

  • Experience working closely with creative agencies and managed-service vendors

  • Comfort supporting vendor access, tooling setup, and structured workflows, including sensitive or high-security projects

  • Ability to quickly grasp technical and creative workflows and translate requirements into execution

  • Strong prioritization skills when managing competing requests and expedited timelines

  • Experience working with global teams across regions and time zones

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional-level English proficiency (used daily with global partners)

  • Demonstrated ability to design, maintain, and continuously improve operational workflows, not just follow them

  • Understand, advocate, and embody the company’s values and team goals.
