Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assign promotional staff, as well as design scalable service models for each business partner, to achieve sales goals, achieve effective profitability, prevent fraud, and reduce overdue accounts.
- Monitor and follow up on the strategies defined by managers in the different accounts, negotiating participation in promotions with commercial companies.
- Supervise and support the daily operations of field promotional staff, maintaining field staff records and databases.
- Manage relationships with third-party agencies, establishing operational standards and ensuring compliance, and guiding the deployment of promoters to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the budget, validating service invoices, processing payment requests, and monitoring expenses associated with the operation of promoters, including calculating field staff incentives.
- Assist in the acquisition, tracking, and delivery of service devices to promoter agencies.
- Implement and measure the results of various initiatives aimed at improving sales volume and quality.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of promoters and agencies, and identifying areas for improvement and optimizing results.
- Collaborating with training and fraud prevention teams to educate staff and reduce fraudulent practices at points of sale, ensuring healthy and sustained growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in coordinating sales promoters or field force with retail operations and managing third-party agencies is a plus, in the consumer electronics/mobile/telco industry.
- Strong teamwork skills to influence sales productivity through coordinating a team of sales promoters.
- Analytical and innovation skills and flexibility in a changing environment.
- Deep understanding of electronics retail sales and customer behavior.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, google suite, CRM systems, and field force management tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and audits.
