This role

The Promoter Manager is responsible for managing field marketing agencies and  teams of fields to develop and execute a national demand generation strategy that effectively drives customer engagement and sales growth. 

Responsibilities

     
  • Lead the development and execution of a regional demand generation strategy that drives brand awareness and sales performance.
  • Oversee relationships with field marketing agencies, ensuring they adhere to brand values and operational standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to agency partners to enhance their effectiveness in executing campaigns.
  • Establish and implement clear, measurable performance targets for field marketing teams.
  • Conduct daily reviews of these targets to assess progress, identify challenges, and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure alignment with sales goals.
  • Coordinate and assign promoter personnel and design contract scalability models for each commercial partner, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of activities.
  • Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with senior marketing leaders, finance, and sales teams to create integrated marketing plans and budgets.
  • Ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives and supported by adequate resources.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of field marketing initiatives, including ROI analysis, campaign effectiveness, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors.
  • Work with the fraud team to train and curb fraud in the field to ensure healthy and steady growth levels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing, sales management, or related roles, with focus on managing teams and agencies.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis, with a strong understanding of marketing metrics with an early stage startup.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under high changing and pressure situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and collaborating across teams.
  • Skills to train and motivate the promotion team to be successful in executing their role
