Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh
We are seeking an experienced Projects HSE Lead to drive Health, Safety & Environment excellence for Project Jagriti. The role is responsible for delivering the project with zero harm, ensuring regulatory compliance, strengthening safety culture, and embedding HSE requirements across engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases.
- Lead implementation of project HSE management systems and ISO 45001 aligned practices.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, PTW systems, and contractor safety requirements.
- Drive risk assessments, hazard identification, and implementation of effective control measures.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action closure.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
- Develop HSE dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support project leadership decision-making.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through visible leadership and stakeholder engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 12+ years of HSE experience, including leadership responsibility in large industrial/EPC/manufacturing projects.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, PTW systems, contractor safety, risk management, and incident investigation.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital HSE reporting systems.
- Zero Fatality and Zero LTI.
- 100% implementation of HSE systems, audits, PTW controls, and corrective actions.
- Strong safety culture demonstrated through workforce engagement and proactive risk reduction.

Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- 12 or more years of HSE experience
- Leadership experience on large industrial, EPC, or manufacturing projects
- Knowledge of HSE regulations, Permit to Work systems, contractor safety, risk management, and incident investigation
- NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent safety certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital HSE reporting systems
