The position as Project Procurement Assistant has the responsibility of supporting the Project Procurement Team in coordinating the team-related activities for the assigned drilling rig(s).
Your responsibilities
- Support end-to-end procurement processes (RFQs, bid evaluations, purchase order issuance) - Procure & Source to Pay
- Coordinate with project teams, offshore/onshore rig personnel, and suppliers
- Support planning, execution and follow ups on Goods Purchase, Hire, Repairs, and Services orders
- Monitor and expedite deliveries to meet project and rig schedules
- Support logistics coordination including shipping, customs, and documentation\Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company's SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
- Identify and escalate risks related to delays, supplier performance, or logistics constraints
- Support cost tracking and basic reporting for assigned procurement activities
- Perform reasonable ad-hoc tasks as required by the business
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of procurement or supply chain experience (preferably in projects or offshore environments)
- Fluent in English (min. B2)
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work across time zones
- Basic negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and team player
