VP, Technical Program/Project Manager of US Consumer Marketing (USCM) organization, self motivated individual with data staging expertise and an innovative solution provider. This will involve working closely with campaign managers (digital & direct), understanding marketing campaign data dependencies, creating project plans and delivering them on time.

The ideal candidate is an excellent program manager with extensive experience in data warehousing, big data (i.e. Hadoop, Hive, etc.), ETL Data staging and cloud data management (i.e. Snowflake, AWS, GCP, etc.), exhibition of operational excellency.

Reporting to SVP of the Audience Data Management, ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, strategic thinker, organized individual with superior communication skills. Candidate should be adept in handling unstructured, difficult problems and comfortable with fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical expert and provide strategic leadership to drive decision-making and lead new project initiatives to results.
  • Collaborate across with multiple Citi internal clients and third-party data vendors. Build strong relationships.
  • Guide team with wide efficiency gains through managing marketing audience data in centralized fashion and using advanced technologies; identifying opportunities for improvements and reengineer processes if required.
  • Draw simple solutions with deep understanding of complex Citi data architecture pertaining to multiple business units.
  • Establish data integrity standards and implement best practices in data management.
  • Ability to multi-task, adapts to and manages changing priorities, as well as thrives in a dynamic and continually evolving environment
  • Assist in developing project work plan, creating timelines and drive projects to completion; includes scope formulation, design specifications, and translating business requirements to technical specifications.
  • Develop KPIs and performance metrics on the BAU operations. Lead and develop daily dashboards shared across various stakeholders


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and relevant industry certifications strongly preferred (SAFe Agile, Agile Kanban, PMP, Lean, etc.)
    5-7 years' experience in data-centric marketing role, preferably in financial services
  • 5+ years' experience in project/process management
  • 3+ years direct complex SQL, ETL, data architecture & data warehousing experience
  • 3+ years direct Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, etc.) and AWS/GCP/Azure experience
  • 3+ years direct data visualization (Tableau, etc.), dashboards & reports, MIS experience
  • 3+ years process audit and optimization experience
  • Direct experience with JIRA, Confluence and agile tools highly desired.
  • Advanced competency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio & MS Project
  • Experience managing partner/vendor relations and performance; evaluating proposals, structure and negotiating agreements
  • Credit Bureau and industry information data knowledge is a plus
  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations, a self-starter and self-learner who can work independently, with strong follow-through
  • Capability to identify fresh approaches to marketing processes and technology and show a willingness to question status-quo
  • Strong communication, presentation, leadership and influencing skills; experienced at interacting with various levels within the organization including senior management
