The Role

We are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager to help build & evolve Circulo’s foundational data ecosystem. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and successful execution of a variety of deliverables. You will work on a dynamic and fast-paced team with data engineers, software engineers, architects, data scientists, and others to deliver solutions that delight our members and providers.

What you'll do

  • Determine, coordinate, and manage execution timelines and resources to ensure project progression and timely implementation
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, development of detailed project plans, and determination of project feasibility by collaborating with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor and summarize progress of projects, and prepare reports for leadership regarding the status of projects
  • Collaborate and coordinate across teams in a matrix organization on shared deliverables

Who we are looking for

  • 4+ years of project management experience, managing large and complex projects in a data engineering and/or software engineering context. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus! 
  • Solid organizational skills that include attention to detail and multitasking. 
  • Experience in a start-up and/or agile work environment, with an ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, while managing multiple priorities.
  • Past engagement working with internal and external partners and stakeholders, and an ability to maintain collaborative relationships on shared objectives.
  • Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Working knowledge of leading project management tools preferred.
