In a nutshell
Our Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to help develop an operating model for a service desk, including the tracking, governance, communications, SLAs, and staffing model. Your project team will be designing a scalable, repeatable listening program to receive field feedback, track the success of programs, and optimize experiences for field sellers and client partners. You will be interacting with high-level leaders as this operating model will impact people all over the world. You'll also have a hand in building communities and constructing a framework for engagement that will directly impact the company's bottom line as well as its culture.
As Senior Project Manager, you'll lead the way to a more efficient and connected operating model. This is a refreshing, hands-on role with a team that embraces a holistic approach-working to better align people, processes, and tools. You'll coordinate client communication while supporting consultants to ensure quality delivery execution and fostering professional growth within the project team.

About you

• You have experience in structured professional services organizations
• You're gifted with an entrepreneurial flair and enjoy taking the reins on impactful projects
• You constantly envision better ways of doing things
• You have experience delivering projects and solving problems within midsize-to-large organizations, utilizing disparate tools and methodologies
• You have a solid track record of recommending and implementing improvements to projects and processes for clients
• You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business
• You're a natural leader, able to navigate challenging group dynamics with consensus-building skills

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management with consulting experience
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of situational awareness and risk mitigation
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Undergraduate degree

• Experience or certifications with Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe
