This position is responsible for the comprehensive coordination of all Alumni Relations programming. This position is accountable for all programming timelines, internal communications scheduling, frontline event support and related metrics which allow University Relations to meet its goals. This position ensures accurate and timely alumni data is entered in the database system. This role supports the Assistant Vice President of Alumni Relations.

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree with focus on administration.
  • 4 to 6 years related administrative support and program coordination experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and perform multiple assignments to meet required deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of Advance CRM and Blackbaud desired.

In-person, hybrid, and virtual meeting support experience.
