Scrum Master

10+ years of experience with general IT Project Management processes
5+ years working on Agile projects preferably scrum
Skilled in facilitating agile ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective)
Handson knowledge of JIRA, Version One or similar agile management tools
Maintains process metrics and ensures timely communications to key stakeholders
Exceptional in conflict resolution, removing team impediments and promoting continuous improvement
Ability to brainstorm with team members on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.
Strong communicator, a capable leader and critical thinker
Good at general project management activities, team leadership, task tracking, dependency management, estimation and planning
PMP and/or CSM certifications.
Preferred Skills-
Exposure to Banking domain
Knowledge of APIs i.e.SOAP and REST services.
