Summary

Under the direction of Assigned Management, this position provides support to the Wellbeing and Pharmacy consulting teams to ensure multiple cross-functional areas meet strategic planning-related timelines and deliverables effectively and efficiently. This position determines project benchmarks in collaboration with leadership and tracks, monitors, and measures progress and outcomes. In addition, this position coordinates and facilitates communications with stakeholders and reports on activity.

Essential Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Ensures the timely submission of deliverables from a diverse array of multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Develops and oversees measures/indicators related to outcomes of the strategic planning process.
  • Monitors project, program, and/or deliverables and assesses impact to strategic initiatives, reports on progress to leadership.
  • Identifies potential project risks and difficulties and designs strategies to mitigate or avoid risks. Escalates issues as appropriate.
  • Maintains visibility of strategic planning process and initiatives throughout the planning process to ensure meaningful collaboration, and comprehensive and effective implementation.
  • Coordinates resources across multiple departments in strategic planning efforts. Liaises strategy project stakeholders to keep lines of communication open and ensure meaningful collaboration. Provides support and direction as appropriate.
  • Initiates project-related communication and requests for information and provides guidance to other departments
  • Coordinates communications, change management and issue management efforts as assigned.
  • Develops and maintains equity-and-justice infused strategic planning tools and documentation.
  • Tracks project plans and progress toward completion.
  • Traffics work items to appropriate internal or external parties to meet established deadlines.
  • As a brand steward, understands brand guidelines and standards and adheres to them.
  • Prepares presentations, performance reports, financial reports, and other business documents.
  • Performs other administrative functions as the need of accounts and marketing staff dictate.
  • Keeps abreast of developments by attendance at meetings, seminars and ongoing training sessions covering all aspects of corporate business.
  • Provides assistance on other projects, as requested.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field with a minimum of two (2) years related marketing, communications, advertising agency or business experience. In lieu of degree, a minimum of six years related experience marketing, communications, advertising agency or business experience.
  • Minimum of three years of Project Management experience or experience in health care industry preferred.
  • Experienced writer: ability to review advertising, collateral, and web copy effectively.
  • Strong written communications skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize assignments.
  • Must be self-driven and able to be successful in ever-changing and ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to work well in team environments
  • Ability to establish effective relationships internally & externally with vendor partners, all levels of corporate staff.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize a large volume of complex work independently.
  • Ability to interpret marketing plans and anticipate required work.
