What You’ll Bring to The Team:

As a Project Manager, within our R&D organization, this role will offer an exciting opportunity to manage innovative projects, ranging from key internal initiatives, customer projects, and third-party partnerships. 

Here are some ways you'll make an impact:

• Drive the strategic impact and organization to critical strategic, product, and engineering projects. 
• Work closely with a plethora of functional stakeholders, business leaders, and end external parties, driving alignment and outcomes across the company. 

• You will be an effective communicator and relationship builder with both a technical and non-technical audience
• Develop partnerships cross functionally within Florence and with external customers and vendors to stay aligned on current projects and future needs.
• You will communicate information and status that is credible.
• Own the process of defining a project’s scope, timeline, and resource needs.
• Execute a project plan that considers communications strategy, risk management, assumptions, and constraints.
• Report out progress towards project goals and estimated value
• You will model effective project management practices to your team.
• Communicate early and often to multiple stakeholders when things don’t go according to plan and have a plan to fix it
• Define and document quantitative and qualitative measures of value for projects
• Own the product operations view for all of Florence’s product development group
• Configure super cool jira and confluence processes
• Assist in modeling project management best practices and building a culture of project excellence to support Florence’s growth.

An Ideal Candidate Has:

• Have at least 3yrs of project management experience in a SW business environment
• Define and document quantitative and qualitative measures of value for projects
• Own the product operations view for all of Florence’s product development group
• Define and source requirements around API functionality to enable software integrations
• Assist in modeling project management best practices and building a culture of project excellence to support Florence’s growth.
• Has a software technical background - brought at least 2 technical projects from start to finish
• Define and source requirements around API functionality to enable software integrations
• To be successful, you must be a creative problem solver with keen attention to details and a customer-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will approach project management in a collaborative and productive approach.
