We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Marketing team!
What you’ll do:
You will own the successful execution and delivery of all projects for your pod, in a variety of assignments (narratives / sales collateral, integrated campaigns, events, digital, video, OOH, etc.). For larger campaigns or projects, you may partner with a senior team member to execute, but you’ll work towards executing all projects, regardless of scope, with no oversight.
You'll communicate clearly with all members of the team, including cross-functional partners throughout the duration of your projects.
You will work with team leads to properly vet, scope, forecast, develop timelines, and kickoff assignments. For more complex projects, you may partner with a more senior member of the team to assist with scoping and project planning.
You will develop and own accurate, up-to-date project documentation, including timelines, resource allocations, and scoping documents.
You will be able to solve most project level issues with no oversight. For larger scale issues, you will be expected to bring proposed solutions, but work with more senior team members to help solve.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (creative teams, leadership/exec team members, engineers, marketers, production).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Superb attention to detail, good judgement, and listening skills.
Proactive problem solving and tolerance for ambiguity.
High competency and proven track record of project management of medium to large engagements and integrated creative projects.
Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, while working with geographically dispersed teams.
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple team members across departments (sales team members, creative, leadership/exec, engineers, production, etc.).
Superb attention to detail, good judgement, and listening skills.
Awesome attitude and passion for Snap Inc.’s products and creativity.
Minimum qualifications:
4+ years in the industry or related experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with various project types, including digital, video, events, and social.
International experience a plus.
B2B experience a plus.
