About the role:
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this client facing role, you will be responsible for the sourcing, development, planning and overall operational execution of meetings and events for your customers. The Project Manager is responsible for the day to day client contact and program planning functions. You keep projects running on time, on budget and have mastered the art of managing multiple priorities at once. Sound like you? Read on!

As a Project Manager, you will:• Sourcing - initiate property search, leverage client preferred properties, monitor responses and prepare availability grids• Manage contract process, negotiate T Cs and concessions, and keep supporting documentation • Planning and execution of assigned programs from the point of meeting registration - including event planning, virtual event co-ordination, hospitality, Housing management etc. onsite program management • Consult with client to gather all meeting details for sourcing and planning• Build websites in meeting technology and monitor attendee registration • Create and update budgets as necessary during planning and prepare final reconciled budgets

You're good at • Communicating with clients. You have the ability to own the room and convey confidence, knowledge of best practices in events and a professional presence at first impression and on-going. • Planning meetings, conventions, conferences and/or special events - at least 3 years' experience• Managing outside vendors, sourcing, and negotiating contract services

You might also have • A bachelor's degree• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management

You should know:• This role is virtual in Atlanta, GA • Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break.• Covid vaccination might be required for this role.
