Project Manager, Senior

In this role, you'll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while working alongside your team to make a tangible difference. You'll manage technology-based Information Technology (IT) solution projects for clients, apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. You'll manage unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions, operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision, and mentor employees in both firm and technical competencies. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

• 7+ years of experience with project management
• 5+ years of experience with managing multi-functional teams and projects
• 5+ years of experience working and collaborating with technical staff, engineers, and government staff
• Experience with developing strategies and roadmaps, including Cloud and analytics, and managing a performance-based task order
• Experience with project tracking and management tools, including Jira, Microsoft Project, systems engineering, or software engineering
• Experience with briefing senior leadership and creating polished reports and decks for presentation to senior leadership
• Knowledge of government contracting
• Ability to communicate with all members of a software development team, including technical and non-technical members
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• PMP Certification
