The Role

The Project Manager will be part of the Health Solutions project management team, working closely with the Chief of Staff (COS).

What you'll do

• Responsible for planning and overseeing Health Solutions projects, as specified by COS, to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within budget
• Plan and designate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed
• Determine and define project scope and objectives
• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
• Provide updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress to assure projects are on track and successful 
• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standard

• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
